CAFFENIO may hire one or more third parties with whom it has previously entered into agreements containing confidentiality and data protection clauses, as service providers selected to support promotional and marketing activities of products and/or services, management and administration of Data collected through this Portal, by phone calls, or by any other means, as well as for purposes of verifying that the information you provide is correct and up to date. Therefore, CAFFENIO may transfer Data to such third parties without commercial or unlawful purposes, but solely to fulfill the provision of contracted services. Likewise, CAFFENIO may, without commercial purposes, share or transfer Data with its subsidiaries or affiliates for the same purposes. Your personal data is shared within the country with the following entities: CAFE DEL PACIFICO S.A.P.I. DE C.V. and suppliers, with whom agreements have been executed including confidentiality and data protection clauses for purposes of identification, contact with loyalty program members, and supporting promotional and marketing activities, as well as data management and administration, solely to fulfill contracted services. By signing/accepting the corresponding section of this document, you consent to the transfer of your personal data. In case modifications to this Notice are necessary, we commit to informing you via the email address provided during registration.
VI. ARCO RIGHTS
You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, how we use it, and the conditions of such use (Access). Likewise, you have the right to request correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification); request deletion of your information from our records or databases when you consider that it is not being used in accordance with applicable regulations (Cancellation); and object to the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Objection). VII. LIMITING THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

If applicable, we will include your information in an Exclusion List to suspend any activity related to service offerings.
VIII. REVOCATION OF CONSENT
Please note that we may not be able to immediately comply with your request or cease the use of your personal data due to legal obligations. Revocation of consent may imply that we cannot continue providing the requested service. Please also note that for certain purposes, withdrawing your consent will mean we can no longer provide you with the requested service. To withdraw your consent, please send an email to privacidad@caffenio.com requesting the “Request for Attention to ARCO Requirements and Revocation of Consent” form and follow the procedure that will be sent with your request. - Session start and end date and time
- User location
