MI CAFFENIO
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By accessing and using the MI CAFFENIO program, you agree to these terms and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you may not participate in the program. These terms of use apply to your access to and participation in the MI CAFFENIO program, which is operated by Servicios Administrativos OSLO S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter “CAFFENIO”), located at Enrique Mazón López 626 Av., Café Combate Neighborhood, Hermosillo, Sonora, Zip code: 83165.
These terms and conditions apply solely and exclusively to participating physical and digital CAFFENIO stores located within Mexican territory. These terms and conditions do not alter in any way the terms and conditions of any other agreement you may have with CAFFENIO regarding products, services, or other matters. CAFFENIO reserves the right to change or modify these Terms of Use or any policy, FAQ, or guide pertaining to MI CAFFENIO at any time and at its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon publication at http://mi.caffenio.com, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notification of such changes or modifications personally. By simply using the benefits of the MI CAFFENIO rewards program, you confirm your acceptance of any changes or modifications. Therefore, you should review these terms of use and policies frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to the MI CAFFENIO rewards program. If you do not agree to the terms, you must stop participating in the MI CAFFENIO rewards program.
This program is not open to anyone under the age of 13. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you may only use the MI CAFFENIO account under the supervision of your parent or guardian who accepts the Terms and Conditions.
MI CAFFENIO General Information
The MI CAFFENIO rewards program is the way CAFFENIO thanks and rewards its customers for their preference and loyalty when purchasing at CAFFENIO points of sale. To start using the program and receive its benefits, you must create an account by downloading the CAFFENIO app and enrolling in the MI CAFFENIO rewards program.
Electronic Enrollment
This includes providing the following information: Full name, gender, password, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. The indicated fields are mandatory. Once you complete the online registration, you can place orders by logging in with the CAFFENIO app.
Once registered in the MI CAFFENIO rewards program with the necessary information, you can begin receiving benefits. These include a welcome bonus of 50% cashback on all beverages (in any presentation) and food items from your first order placed with participating payment methods that generate a cashback balance. The cashback will be credited to your cashback within a maximum of 24 hours. Therefore, the 50% cashback does not apply to whole bean coffee, promotional items, or coffee makers.
The amount accumulated in the cashback program is not considered cash and can only be used for purchases at CAFFENIO locations within the national territory. Therefore, amounts paid with cashback will not be included in the invoice for these purchases.
Your e-wallet balance under the MI CAFFENIO rewards program is personal and cannot be sold, assigned, exchanged for cash, or shared with a third party. If you wish to transfer wallet or prepaid balance, this can only be done between Amigo CAFFENIO and/or Fan CAFFENIO accounts through official channels, following the established authorized procedures.
Any payment made with your e-wallet balance will not generate the benefit of accumulating a new wallet balance in the program and will not be considered when requesting an invoice.
CAFFENIO reserves the right to cancel your account and/or your participation in the MI CAFFENIO program if it believes you have violated the Terms and Conditions of Use, or if your account is fraudulent, illegal, or used in violation of the Terms and Conditions.
If a member does not have at least one (1) purchase or recharge record between January 1st and December 31st of the current year, their accumulated wallet balance will expire, and on January 1st of the following year, their wallet balance will be zero ($0).
CAFFENIO also reserves the right to deactivate any MI CAFFENIO rewards program account belonging to any MI CAFFENIO program member who has been inactive for one (1) year. Inactivity is defined as having no purchase or recharge record registered in said MI CAFFENIO account.
CAFFENIO reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, or cancel the MI CAFFENIO program at any time without prior notice.
CAFFENIO Reloads
The following MI CAFFENIO Rewards Program agreement describes the terms and conditions that apply to a prepaid account as part of your MI CAFFENIO Rewards Program membership. By participating in the rewards program, you are agreeing to the terms of this agreement. Please keep a copy of this document.
Each membership will be allowed to load a certain amount in Mexican pesos (MXN) into the MI CAFFENIO Rewards Program account for future purchases at participating CAFFENIO outlets in Mexico. The amount loaded into your MI CAFFENIO account is a prepayment solely for goods and services at participating CAFFENIO outlets. No credit card, overdraft-protected online credit, or deposit account is associated with the MI CAFFENIO account. Any amount in your MI CAFFENIO Rewards Program account is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. CAFFENIO will not increase, pay, or credit any interest, dividends, profits, or other gains on funds deposited in a MI CAFFENIO account.
Once a recharge transaction is completed at any CAFFENIO point of sale or in the CAFFENIO app, it cannot be canceled. In Mexico, you can load your MI CAFFENIO rewards program account in pesos using a credit card, debit card, or cash at any participating point of sale. CAFFENIO may set minimum and maximum amounts, which will be notified at the point of sale, by phone, or via the website.
MI CAFFENIO rewards program members will not receive a statement for each transaction in their CAFFENIO rewards program account. You can check your MI CAFFENIO account balance or recent transactions in your MI CAFFENIO rewards program account in the CAFFENIO app, http://mi.caffenio.com, or by calling *CAFÉ (*2233). You will need your MI CAFFENIO account information to access your account. Your MI CAFFENIO account balance will also appear on the receipt you receive at the checkout. The receipt will indicate that the sale was made using a MI CAFFENIO account and will show your balance for both top-ups and your electronic wallet. You should keep all your receipts and check your balance online to ensure it is correct.
We reserve the right to correct your MI CAFFENIO account balance if we believe a marking, billing, or administrative error has occurred. If you have any questions regarding your transaction history or any corrections, or if you dispute any transaction or correction made against your MI CAFFENIO rewards program account, please call Customer Service at *CAFÉ (*2233).
We will conduct an investigation and inform you of the results. We will correct any errors we verify as quickly as possible after the investigation is complete. If no error is found, we will provide an explanation. We are not responsible for any billing errors unless you notify us within 30 days of the transaction date. You should monitor your transactions and account balances carefully.
Since your MI CAFFENIO rewards program account can be used like cash for purchases at CAFFENIO outlets, you are responsible for all transactions associated with your card, including unauthorized transactions. The terms of this agreement may be changed at any time, including all rights and obligations of either party. If you have a MI CAFFENIO rewards program account, we will notify you of any changes via email or any other communication method you have registered. In addition, the revised terms and conditions will be posted on our website. As permitted by law, any changes, additions, or deletions will be effective from the moment they are posted on the website or as we notify you.
CAFFENIO and its affiliates do not guarantee that MI CAFFENIO rewards program accounts will always be accessible or accepted.
CAFFENIO and its affiliates will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from unauthorized access, alteration, theft, or destruction of a MI CAFFENIO rewards program account due to accident, misuse, or fraud by personal or third-party devices, or as a result of any delay or error in any circumstance beyond our control. This agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you and CAFFENIO, and supersedes any prior agreements.
Requirements
To receive the program benefits, you must be the account holder and identify yourself as a member of the rewards program through the authorized channels, which are the CAFFENIO APP.
CAFFENIO rewards program accounts are non-transferable.
Balances and/or data cannot be merged between two or more members of the MI CAFFENIO rewards program, even if they belong to you or to third parties.
Membership Validity: If the account does not register any activity in the MI CAFFENIO rewards program for a period of one year, it will be automatically canceled, and you will lose your MI CAFFENIO rewards program membership, electronic wallet, and transaction history data. You will only be able to request the transfer of the balance available at the time of cancellation of any prepaid top-ups made to the MI CAFFENIO account within the following six months to a new account under the same name. After this period, if the customer wishes to reactivate their account, registration will only be as a new customer.
Wallet Expiration. If the member does not have at least one (1) purchase or recharge record between January 1st and December 31st of the current year, the accumulated wallet balance will expire, and on January 1st of the following year, their wallet balance will be zero ($0).
In the event of cancellation of the MI CAFFENIO rewards program account due to the closure of a CAFFENIO point of sale, only the available balance from prepaid recharges at that time will be refunded.
If a minor requests a refund for any of the aforementioned reasons, they must be accompanied by their parent or guardian who is registered on their MI CAFFENIO rewards program account.
Under no circumstances will a cash refund be issued equivalent to the wallet balance.
Purchases made with electronic wallet balance do not generate a new balance in the same electronic wallet.
For balance and transaction clarifications, please call *CAFÉ (*2233). You will need your CAFFENIO rewards program identification and the relevant receipt(s).
Once a recharge has been registered, it cannot be canceled.
Customer personal information, specifically contact details and/or address, can only be updated through the website http://mi.caffenio.com/ or by calling *CAFÉ (*2233).
Benefits
Wallet Accumulation: Purchases made with various payment methods, such as cash, bank card, and prepaid balance for CAFFENIO points of sale, will accumulate the percentage corresponding to the applicable level at the time of purchase and before the corresponding VAT is applied. It should be noted that if, at the time of making a purchase, the customer decides to use their wallet balance and it is insufficient to cover the total purchase, this balance will be applied to the corresponding proportional amount of the ticket subtotal. Therefore, the remaining balance of the subtotal paid through any of the payment methods mentioned in the preceding paragraph will only be applicable to generating a new wallet balance.
CAFFENIO Friend Level: Once membership is completed, you begin receiving 3% in wallet credit on purchases with QR code identification. On purchases made via mobile order, the Friend level receives 6%.
Mobile orders can only be placed using prepaid balance.
To upgrade from “FRIEND” to “FAN,” you need to have 45 receipts of $30 or more in the period prior to the closing date.
CAFFENIO Fan Level: Once you upgrade to FAN, you will receive a special 7% cashback on purchases made with QR code identification. For purchases made via mobile order, Fan level members receive 12%.
Mobile orders can only be placed using prepaid balance.
To maintain FAN level, you must make a total of 90 visits within 120 days.
There is a maximum of 2 receipts per day that count towards the purchase limit, divided into 1 receipt of at least $30 per hour block.
The hour blocks for counting purchases are from the point of opening until 2:00 p.m. and from 2:01 p.m. until closing.
The quarterly periods considered for the AMIGO level benefits cutoff are: January-March, April-June, July-September, and October-December.
The four-month periods considered for the FAN level benefits cutoff are: January-April, May-August, and September-December.
Welcome Benefit: Once you complete your membership, you will receive a 50% refund to your wallet on all beverages (in any presentation) and food items from your first order placed with participating payment methods that generate a wallet balance. The refund will appear in your wallet within a maximum of 24 hours. Therefore, the 50% electronic wallet refund does not apply to whole bean coffee, promotional items, or coffee makers. Payments made with wallets or gift cards do not generate a wallet balance.
Additional Services of the MI CAFFENIO Program
In addition to the MI CAFFENIO program, there are other services that impact this program, which are described below:

Please note that a MI CAFFENIO account and the CAFFENIO app are required to use these services.
PLAN CAFFENIO
PLAN CAFFENIO is a subscription service that allows customers to obtain CAFFENIO products and services periodically through recurring payments.
PLAN CAFFENIO REQUIREMENTS
To receive the benefits of the service, it is mandatory to be the account holder and identify yourself as a member of the rewards program through authorized CAFFENIO channels, such as the CAFFENIO app or any of the personalized tools that identify you as a member of the CAFFENIO rewards program.
For account registration, personal information is required, such as name, address, mobile phone number, and at least one valid payment method. The customer agrees to keep their account information accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
Subscriptions to the CAFFENIO PLAN must be made through the CAFFENIO app or tienda.caffenio.com, requiring the user to provide their username and password to confirm the Plan selection.
The customer may purchase one or more CAFFENIO Plans.
CAFFENIO rewards program accounts are non-transferable.
In the event of the closure of points of sale in a location, and if, as a result, the customer is unable to redeem their balance within the CAFFENIO app, the refund will apply only to the prepaid balance, not to their electronic wallet.
Purchases made with electronic wallet balance do not generate a new credit balance within that wallet.
For clarifications regarding plans, balances, and transactions, please contact *CAFÉ (*2233), providing your identification methods for the CAFFENIO rewards program and the receipt(s) for which you require clarification.
Recurring payments can be canceled by the customer at any time; however, once a requested recharge has been registered, it cannot be refunded.
The customer may update their personal information only regarding their contact details, which must be done through the website https://mi.caffenio.com/, the CAFFENIO app, or by contacting *CAFÉ (*2233).
CAFFENIO Plan Benefits
At the time the subscription payment is made, it generates electronic wallet credit according to the applicable loyalty level and in the percentages described below: Amigo CAFFENIO 6%; Fan CAFFENIO 12%.
The redemption and use will depend on the conditions of the contracted CAFFENIO Plan.
MICAFFENIOPLUS
MICAFFENIOPLUS is a program through which the customer may acquire additional benefits for a membership price according to the level they wish to obtain.
Requirements
In order to have the MICAFFENIOPLUS membership service and all its benefits, it is necessary to previously have a MI CAFFENIO account at AMIGO or FAN level or to complete the corresponding registration. Through this account, the customer will be able to access their profile at mi.caffenio.com, CAFFENIO app, and tienda.caffenio.com, in order to identify the level of their account and their active membership.
Membership Acquisition
Once registered, the customer may acquire their MICAFFENIOPLUS membership through the following means:
CAFFENIO app
Through their account in the MI CAFFENIO app, within the options menu, the customer must select the MICAFFENIOPLUS membership option, selecting the desired plan based on their validity needs and price in order to receive the corresponding benefits. By accepting and confirming the selected plan, the customer must complete the payment process to finalize the acquisition and begin receiving the corresponding benefits.
Benefits
The benefits applicable to MICAFFENIOPLUS memberships acquired by MI CAFFENIO customers. The benefits and promotions of each plan may not be transferred to other MI CAFFENIO accounts, nor exchanged for their equivalent value in Mexican pesos.
MI CAFFENIO customers who acquire the MICAFFENIOPLUS membership will receive an additional percentage in their electronic wallet according to their current level, applicable to the various participating payment methods such as digital identification through QR, mobile orders, or purchases through the CAFFENIO app. The additional wallet credit generated by these purchases will be 2% for the monthly plan subscription, 4% for the semiannual plan subscription, and 6% for the annual plan subscription.
Exclusive promotions: In addition to the above, the customer will have access to exclusive promotions granted to MICAFFENIOPLUS customers with the terms and conditions applicable to each promotion.
Presales and Launches: Customers with a subscription to the CAFFENIO plans will have access to presales and launches with additional benefits beyond the regular MI CAFFENIO benefits.
Birthday Gift: Customers with an annual plan subscription will receive the amount of $200.00 (TWO HUNDRED PESOS 00/100 M.N.) in electronic wallet credit on their birthday according to the date of birth registered at the time of their MI CAFFENIO registration.
Frequency Coupon: Customers who purchase the MICAFFENIOPLUS subscription under the annual plan modality will receive a courtesy consisting of one mini or small beverage of their choice. To receive this courtesy, the customer must make a purchase of CAFFENIO products on 6 (six) consecutive days, automatically receiving the frequency benefit on the ticket corresponding to the sixth purchase. Said printed coupon will have a validity of 7 (seven) days and, in order to be redeemed, it must be presented printed, valid, and legible.
Welcome Gift: Customers who purchase the MICAFFENIOPLUS annual membership will receive a welcome gift according to the current and applicable products announced at the time of acquiring their annual membership.
MICAFFENIOPLUS Plan Change
Customers who have a MICAFFENIOPLUS plan and wish to upgrade it may only do so by increasing from 6 to 12 months, in which case a discount will be applied for the difference in months remaining to be consumed, which will only be considered per full month and not per fraction of a month or days.
MICAFFENIOPLUS Renewal
Upon expiration of the validity of the memberships acquired by customers, the renewal charge will be automatically made to the credit card registered by the customers themselves within the CAFFENIO APP. In the event that such charge cannot be processed due to reasons beyond CAFFENIO’s control within a period of 3 days after its expiration, the membership will be automatically canceled. If the customer wishes to acquire the membership again, they must repeat the process and update their credit card information.
MICAFFENIOPLUS Cancellation
In the event that the customer wishes to cancel their membership prior to the end of the acquired validity period, they must formalize their request through the CAFFENIO APP. Said cancellation will take effect automatically once the request is confirmed. In such case, the proportional amount corresponding to unused months within the membership validity period will not be refundable.
CAFFEVERSO Benefits – MI CAFFENIO App
The CAFFENIO universe (hereinafter, “CAFFEVERSO”) is designed to reward the preference and loyalty of our customers through exclusive benefits obtained by completing visit milestones at our points of sale.
Each visit must be registered through the Mi CAFFENIO application, either by scanning the QR code at the point of sale or by placing a mobile order. Visits paid with physical or digital gift cards will not be counted. Up to two visits per day are allowed, one during morning hours and another during afternoon hours (see the benefits section).
Each ticket must meet the established minimum amount: thirty Mexican pesos ($30 MXN) in Mexico and one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50 USD) in the United States.
Purchases made both in Mexico and in the United States may generate visits as long as the established minimum amount is met. However, rewards obtained in Mexico may not be redeemed in the United States, nor may those obtained in the United States be redeemed in Mexico.
Rewards obtained by completing milestones may include coupons, reimbursements, or free products, which will be displayed in the Promotions section of the Mi CAFFENIO application.
Each coupon will have a validity of fifteen (15) calendar days, counted from the day following the purchase that allowed the corresponding milestone to be unlocked.
Coupons are personal, non-transferable, and for one-time use only. They cannot be accumulated with other coupons nor combined with other promotions. To redeem them, the customer must present the QR code generated in the application at the point of sale, which must be previously activated by the customer. Screenshots or delivery service orders are not accepted.
Automatic reimbursements will apply to milestones that indicate so and do not require the use of a coupon. These benefits will only include the base amount corresponding to the level and type of purchase, without additional accumulations. The wallet does not generate wallet; only payments made with cash, prepaid balance, or bank cards apply.
CAFFENIO may send notifications to the customer when a coupon is generated, when the customer is close to reaching a milestone, or when coupons are close to expiring. To receive these notifications, the customer must have notifications enabled on their device.
CAFFENIO reserves the right to cancel benefits, coupons, or accounts in the event of detecting fraudulent activity, misuse, or non-compliance with these terms and conditions. Likewise, CAFFENIO may modify the program and its conditions at any time by publishing the corresponding updates on the official website and in the application.
