For example, to place an online order on our Site or through our Mobile Application, you must first complete an account registration and input your name, email address, and other Personal Information to be verified for eligibility to purchase goods. In addition, if you respond to communications from us, enroll to receive communications from us, enter promotions, or otherwise interact with us, such interactions may require us to collect Personal Information.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We also collect the Personal Information you provide if you elect to sign up to our rewards program.\u00a0 The MI CAFFENIO rewards program is the way in which we reward and thank our customers for the preference and loyalty to consume in our CAFFENIO points of sale. We will collect your Personal Information in connection with your participation in our loyalty program. For example, when you register for participation with the MI CAFFENIO rewards, you will be required to provide your full name, password, date of birth, PIN (personal identification number), email address, and cell phone number.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Order &amp; Payment Data<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0 When you make a purchase we use a PCI-compliant payment processor to help us facilitate payment.\u00a0 We have contracted with such payment processor to ensure they protect and limit the use of your Personal Information. CAFFENIO does not receive your credit card, debit card, or other financial information when you make a payment- such information is provided directly to our payment processor.\u00a0 However, CAFFENIO does receive information about your purchase and your contact information (e.g., name, email address, mailing address, phone number).\u00a0 CAFFENIO will keep a record of your purchases.
